The Futures Conference 2022 is built on a platform called ProspectumLive.
Personal links to the platform will be provided as soon as the platform is activated. You will find the program, live-streamed presentations of the keynote speakers, links to the various online sessions and their recordings, poster exhibition, contact information for the other participants, all on the platform.
The platform works on both, desktop and mobile, and it will stay open from 8 June until 31 August, and the programme recordings will remain available on the platform for the conference participants. More details will be available later.
We promise you a great, engaging, and relevant event experience online.
Register for the conference and get the unique opportunity to build a valuable network, learn and benefit from the event attendees’ knowledge and experience, and share yours.
Accessing the ProspectumLive
You will get a personal login link to access the platform on Wed 8 June via email. Please do not delete the email with the login link. If you do not receive this login link to your email on 8 June, please check your spam folder just in case or please notify us via futuresconference@utu.fi.
Parallel Sessions Organised via Zoom
All the parallel sessions as well as the Poster session will take place in Zoom. Links to Zoom will be found on the conference platform under each session. Technical instructions for Zoom are available as well.
We recommend that you install separate Zoom software on your computer/device. The individually installed Zoom software provides more functionality for managing and using the meeting.
General Technical Instructions for Participants:

- We recommend that you close all other applications on your computer to make sure the full capacity of your Internet connection is available.
- Sound: Headphones are the best way to participate in virtual events. If you participate in a conversation, preferably use headphones with their own microphone.
